The Frankenfeet were first seen back in 2009, during the Halloween Party which lasted from October 27th to November 1st. The following year they were seen again during the Halloween Party. During each party, a special Catalog could be accessed only by Members. This Catalog was called the 'Monster Maker' Catalog, and was available in a special room added for the Halloween Party, called the 'Secret Laboratory'.
The Frankenfeet have not been been available since the Halloween Party of 2010, not even making an appearance in any Treasure Books. These facts mean that this item is now considered Rare by many Penguins. Would you like to see the Frankenfeet return? I sure would.
